Does United still offer free cancellation?

United Airlines no longer offers free cancellations for most tickets. However, they allow free cancellations within 24 hours of booking for flights booked directly with them. For non-refundable tickets, changes or cancellations may incur fees unless the flight is significantly altered by the airline.
